Cancelation policy:

  • you have to contact ARTHARMONY 24 hours before arrival at the latest
  • you have to had email confirmation, which you will have shortly after booking as confirmation of your reservation
  • in any cases you can contact reservation department of ARTHARMONY
  • in case you fail to cancel, or you will not come for your confirmed reservation in ARTHARMONY, we will charge you STORNO fee in amount of first night
  • Deposit or reservation fee (if they were charged) are NON-REFUNDABLE
